Correctional Health Partners offers eligible full-time employees a dollar-for-dollar match up to 3%, and $.50 for every dollar contributed 4-5%.

After 30 days of employment, CHP full-time employees and their dependents are eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage.

Flex Spending

Our program allows CHP employees to set aside pre-tax funds annually for medical and dependent care expenses.

Paid Time Off

Eligible employees accrue 14 to 28 days of paid time off per year based on tenure and position.

Paid Holidays

We recognize 8 holidays throughout the year.

Tuition Reimbursement

$1,500 per year for college courses or $500 per year for education expenses, job-related courses and seminars.

Adoption Assistance

After 6 months, $1,000 assistance is provided for full-time CHP employees.

Eco Pass

Company paid Denver-Metro RTD Eco Pass. (Home office only)

Exercise Incentive Program

Earn a $20 monthly credit for working out 8 times a month with a trackable program or fitness gadget.
